Bed and Breakfast “Goeiemorgen” helps fund operations for poor Vietnamese children  

Mr. Johan Van Praet has been supporting Donxa because of his care for the plight of poor Vietnamese children. He first supported the Adoption Program of Donxa, through sponsoring a child in Co Loa-Dong Anh-Hanoi by covering his  school fees. By this way- as many other financial foster parents – he creates an opportunity for poor children to go to school and build up their own brighter future.

Bed and Breakfast “Goeiemorgen”in the opening day

At the end of 2009 Mr. Johan Van Praet opened a Bed and Breakfast (B&B) named “Goeiemorgen” in the city of Ghent in Belgium. (www.goeiemorgen.eu). At the opening of his Bed and Breakfast, many guests gave him personal monetary gifts; Mr. Van Praet generously decided to donate his money to  Donxa to help children in Vietnam. With his personal gift of 800 Euros, three children in Vietnam received medical care.  Two of these children also underwent successful operations in June 2010 through the Donxa operation project for disabled children in Hoa Binh.

Like a proverb says “Shared joy is a double joy; shared sorrow is half sorrow”-and the happiness is doubled when you share it.
